The Pre-Arrival Email: A set number of days before arrival, your guest receives a beautifully branded email from the Aries system.
The Digital Registration: From the comfort of their home or taxi, the guest fills out their registration details, uploads ID (if required), and signs the digital registration card.
The “Just the Key” Arrival: When the guest walks through your doors, your front desk staff sees the “Checked-In” status. They simply smile, hand over the key, and wish the guest a pleasant stay.
